POINTREK is a monitoring system which its whole infrastructure and design is developed by PT. SISFO INDONESIA since 2003. The function of POINTREK is to track the moving vessel Integrated Vessel Management System, a vessel monitoring system which already integrated: POINTREK Advantages: except the worldwide coverage , low cost and easy to install. To implement the POINTREK, your company does not need to develop map (GIS), rent a satellite and prepare your own satellite link, but all that equipment already in the POINTREK. POINTREK user only compensate the monthly rent and terminal unit, you could track their vessel. The position of the vessel which already installed with POINTREK could be monitor through the internet , WAP and handphone, so should be no problem for the user who always in mobile. The view on the internet is not just the satellite raw data which usually on the position coordinates (longitude and latitude) but it provide with the map on format vector which easier and helpful for the ordinary people who can not read coordinates.
